Righteous Anger Pushing for Reformation

Author: pissedpastor

Home is in Southeastern Wisconsin, with my husband and two girls + a mini doodle. I'm ordained in the ELCA and see everything through the theological lens. What I find fun is baking and biking. A good book makes me happy as well. This blog was started in a moment of righteous anger at the intersection of the death of George Floyd, a global pandemic, failed leadership in the US, unconscious bias in my work place, and forced time off. For too long I have been too quiet about the issue of race in America. Taking the call of being a pastor seriously means speaking hard truths in love. It has taken me 20 years to start to fully live into this call. Pissed Pastor is about believing that my voice matters.
